Abbi Rodriguez

Abbi is an IEA Accredited Enneagram Teacher & Coach. She specializes in working with corporate and nonprofit teams through teaching Enneagram workshops and facilitating executive coaching sessions. Abbi is also the host of the podcast Enneagram Coaching with Abbi Rodriguez. She is a Certified Narrative Enneagram Practitioner, certified Somatic Stress Release Practitioner, and holds a Masters in Student Development Theory that supports her work. Abbi has a base for her work in Nashville, TN and Dayton, Ohio, but also travels all over the United States to teach the Enneagram.

Renée Rosario

Renée Rosario, MA, LPC, is a Core Faculty member of The Narrative Enneagram. A graduate of Naropa University, Renée is also a transpersonal, body-centered psychotherapist in private practice in Boulder, CO. She has facilitated workshops and classes for over 20 years and loves to teach and learn through the Narrative Tradition where all are students and teachers of one another. Renée is intensely curious about the workings of the mind and body to discover the seeds of health present in unconscious mechanisms. She also has been a Mindfulness Instructor at Naropa University and a Peacemaker trained in contemplative social action and peacemaking through the Peacemaker Institute.

Joan Ryan

Joan Ryan specializes in Organization Development and the Enneagram. She is a Senior Leadership Coach and has worked internationally in for profit, nonprofit, and governmental organizations including USAID. She is an Adjunct Professor at Boston College. She previously worked as an attorney. She served 2 terms on the IEA Board in the early 2000s.

Trevor Schultz

I moved to the US from Germany in 2004 and trained to become a Marriage and Family Therapist in San Francisco. I completed the Enneagram Typing Practitioner Training in the USA in 2026 and look forward to combining my insight in the Enneagram with my work as a couple and individual therapist.
