Jennifer (Jenny) Rodefeld, MSW, LCSW is a leadership and Organizational Development professional with more than 25 years of experience helping individuals, teams, and organizations grow. Her career has spanned clinical Social Work, healthcare leadership, and Organizational Development, providing her with a unique perspective on the intersection of human development, leadership, and systems change.

Jenny currently serves as a Senior Program Manager for Talent Management and Organizational Development at UnityPoint Health, where she designs leadership development strategies, coaches leaders and teams, and helps shape organizational culture across a complex health system. She is passionate about translating powerful developmental frameworks into practical tools that strengthen self-awareness, relationships, leadership effectiveness, and organizational impact.

A Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT), and Certified Enneagram Practitioner through The Narrative Enneagram, Jenny is energized by helping people discover who they are and how they can bring their best selves to their work, relationships, and communities.

When she's not coaching, facilitating, or designing leadership experiences, Jenny enjoys hiking Wisconsin trails, cheering on the Badgers, and spending time with her family.
