Formerly Enneagram Intensive Part 2 - Discover how the defense system of each type shows up in your life, bring awareness to your unconscious patterns, and contemplate your own next steps for growth.
This event has prerequisites.
- Engaging Transformational Growth examines how our type functions to keep us safe while also leading to feeling stuck when it’s over-utilized. By bringing kind awareness to our unconscious patterns, we can support ourselves and others to loosen type structure as we grow.
- We’ll cover the Law of Three, defense system, focus of attention, mental habits, and emotional habits of each type with an emphasis on how to engage the Enneagram for personal growth. When we learn to work with these patterns of reactivity, we see ourselves and others more clearly beyond the bias of type. As a result, we can free up energy to experience greater freedom, choice, and flexibility.
- Engaging Transformational Growth is one of our four Foundational Courses and a pre-requisite to join our Professional Certification Program.
- Students Will:
- – Utilize a powerful interactive exercise to inquire into your own relationship with each type’s defense mechanism
- – Develop your capacity for inner observation and learn to work with your patterns of reactivity
- – Learn the Universal Growth Process to build flexibility and free up energy for your life and relationships
- – Share your experience on a panel to reflect on how your type patterns show up in your life and contemplate your own next steps for growth

- – 20+ hours of live teachings, practices, panels, and group work
- – 45-page PDF workbook
- – Helen Palmer meditation recordings
- – Interactive Enneagram community
- Prerequisites
- Experiencing the Narrative Enneagram (formerly Enneagram Intensive Part 1)
- Schedule & location
- Live online: Mar 8 – 10, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pacific (check your local time)
- Attendance: If you have a scheduling conflict please contact the registrar. If you need to miss more than 2 hours, you will need to sign up for another training.
- Tuition
- Standard registration: $650
- Early bird registration: $590 (valid through Jan 26)
- Things to know
- Scholarships may be available. Learn about scholarships and contact the registrar with questions.
- ICF CCE credits are available for this course; $50 with course registration or $75 after the course starts.
- Technical requirements: You will need a computer with internet access; headphones are optional but may be necessary.

- Final day to cancel and receive a partial refund: Feb 7, 2024
