Overview
Join us for our Third Thursday Community Gathering. Explore how engaging with the Enneagram can support both professional development and personal growth, helping leaders and their teams better understand themselves and others in the workplace and beyond.
- During the one-hour gathering with Tod Tappert and Evangeline Welch, you’ll learn how Enneagram-focused teaching can build capacities in communications, listening, giving and receiving feedback, conflict, team dynamics, decision making, leadership development, and organizational change.
- Tappert, who currently serves as The Narrative Enneagram Board President, was previously the VP for culture and learning and chief learning officer at the Greenville Health System (GHS), a 15,000-employee provider system in South Carolina. While at GHS, he introduced the Enneagram to 1,000 managers, leaders, and executives as part of a systemwide leadership development and organizational culture program.
- Community Gathering participants also will have the opportunity to practice listening as a specific skill set that is critical to interpersonal communications, and to explore how their Enneagram type can both help and get in the way of listening to others.
