Overview
Become more effective in your teaching or individual Enneagram work by assessing and adapting to the needs and capacities of each audience.
This event has prerequisites.
- Join Core Faculty member Peter O’Hanrahan to connect with other Enneagram Professionals and explore how you can adapt your content to various areas of application and levels of learning. To be successful teachers or practitioners, we need to evaluate and decide in each situation how, what, and how much we are teaching and communicating.
- Peter will introduce two key ideas to guide your adaptations: 1) What is the application or area of development? (the horizontal axis), and 2) What is the level of learning? (vertical axis).
- In this 90-minute experiential gathering, you will:
- • Learn techniques to prepare for different audiences and adjust in the moment
- • Reflect on how you can these methods to work in your teaching or practice
- • Connect with colleagues to hear their experiences that have been successful
- After this session, you will be better equipped to adapt your content and professional skills to what works best for your client or audience. You’ll leave with specific techniques you can apply to assess the needs of your audience and effectively adjust your teaching to the appropriate context and depth.
- This gathering is a free benefit for Narrative Enneagram Professional Members or $35.
- Prerequisites
- For Certified Narrative Enneagram Professionals and those currently enrolled in the Professional Certification Program.
- Things to know
- • Presentation portions will be recorded and shared with all registrants.
- • Technical requirements: You will need a computer with internet access; headphones are optional but may be necessary.
