Peter O'Hanrahan

Core Faculty

Peter O’Hanrahan is a Core Faculty member of The Narrative Enneagram. He has been working with the Enneagram for 45 years and has combined it with his practice in counseling and body therapy. He teaches workshops on the Instinctual Subtypes, the Embodied Enneagram, and the Defense Systems in the US, Europe and Asia. He is also a senior associate with The Enneagram In Business and has presented the Enneagram in the workplace since 1994, with a focus on communication skills and leadership development. His clients include computer companies, public agencies, small businesses and nonprofits. A counselor and group leader since 1971, Peter was the director of several mental health centers, including the Center for Human Growth in Berkeley, CA, site of the first public Enneagram classes in the late 1970s and early 1980s. He was a founding board member of the Enneagram Association in the Narrative Tradition.
