She is a former member of the Board of Directors of Enneagram North. Andrea coordinated the first Narrative Enneagram Professional Training Program in Canada held in Toronto in 2014.

Susan is a Certified Narrative Enneagram Practitioner, a Certified Integral Coach® through New Ventures West, and an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation.
She works with individuals and teams to help them live and work with depth, purpose, and joy. Abbi is an IEA Accredited Enneagram Teacher & Coach. She specializes in working with corporate and nonprofit teams through teaching Enneagram workshops and facilitating executive coaching sessions. Abbi is also the host of the podcast Enneagram Coaching with Abbi Rodriguez. She is a Certified Narrative Enneagram Practitioner, certified Somatic Stress Release Practitioner, and holds a Masters in Student Development Theory that supports her work.
