Overview

Learn how to support growth through the use of the Pause and practice the art of interrupting when offering a typing interview, leading panels, and working with clients to support growth and transformation.

This event has prerequisites.

  • Enneagram professionals can struggle with interrupting students and clients when conducting typing interviews, leading panels, or working one-to-one. This challenge is in part based on type bias – some Enneagram types tend to hesitate to interrupt while other types may interject too much.

  • Join Dean of Faculty and Certification Director Christopher T. Copeland to hone your interrupting skills and use the abbreviated somatic practice – Notice, Pause, Allow.

  • In this 90-minute experiential gathering, you will:
  • Explore your own particular challenges around interrupting
  • Learn why interrupting is such an important tool for growth of students and clients
  • Engage specific techniques to cultivate greater skills in the art of interrupting

  • After this session, you will be able to more effectively use the gift of the "Pause" to conduct an effective typing interview, to lead a transformative panel, and to help clients grow by encouraging them to be with their present moment experience.

  • Prerequisites
  • For Certified Narrative Enneagram Professionals and those currently enrolled in the Professional Certification Program.
