Community Gathering: Meet Our New Executive Director

During this 75-minute online gathering co-hosted by Evangeline Welch, Adam will share his vision for how to support the Narrative Enneagram’s worldwide community in an ever-changing world. We also want to hear what’s important to you and have extended our usual time to ensure we have time for you to share and ask questions.

As described in the Law of Three, every process of transition or transformation is shaped and informed by three essential energies: Initiating, Resisting, and Reconciling. As The Narrative Enneagram begins its 38th year offering Enneagram trainings and its 14th year as an educational nonprofit, we must continue to meet the moment to engage a new generation of Enneagram enthusiasts, teachers, and practitioners. Wherever you are in your personal or professional life, new issues will continue to arise that invite you to be with, let go, move toward, or change course with discernment.

During our time together, we’ll practice working with the Law of Three when faced with change to explore what emerges when we bring conscious awareness – our Inner Observer – to the initiating and resisting forces within us. From this non-judgmental place, by staying present to this inner “push-pull” tension, a reconciling energy begins to unfold, showing us something new, and supporting us in making conscious change.
