Overview
Join us for our Third Thursday Community Gathering on May 15 as we explore how our instinctual drives can offer powerful insights to help us cultivate inner peace, guiding us toward more harmony and balance in everyday life and relationships.
- During the one-hour gathering on Zoom with Mónica Tinoco and Evangeline Welch, we’ll explore how body-centered awareness of our instinctual drives can help us identify habitual areas of suffering and offer a window to nurture more serenity in our daily lives.
- Each instinctual drive —self-preservation, one-to-one, and social— reveals deep patterns that shape how we seek safety, intimacy, and belonging. Our primary instinct determines our Enneagram subtype, which often impacts our everyday experiences even more than our type.
- In our time together, we’ll practice how to nurture a more conscious, felt-sense awareness of our dominant instinctive drive, and how to create space for acceptance in the present moment, even when faced with discomfort or anxiety.
- A free benefit to all Narrative Enneagram members, our monthly community gatherings offer a meaningful hour of learning and practice, breakout sessions, and engaging conversations. Nonmembers may pay $25 to attend a single gathering, or become a member for $75 to attend all year and enjoy other member benefits.
