Overview
Join us for our Third Thursday gathering to explore how we can use our breath to create more resilience and capacity in all three centers of intelligence and experience grounded presence in the midst of life’s challenges.
- During our hour together, Abi Robins will share key insights they have learned as a Narrative Enneagram Certified Teacher and Certified Yoga Therapist. Abi also will facilitate a guided breathwork practice integrating the three centers.
- For thousands of years, yogis have understood the breath as the gateway for transformation. Combining yogic breathwork with the wisdom and insights of the Enneagram can have a profound impact on your personal journey. You will learn:
- • How your breathing affects your ability to move from essence
- • How to use your breath to work with body, heart, and mind
- • Effective breathwork techniques you can integrate into your own personal practices
- This gathering offers a preview of Abi’s one-day online retreat, Flourish and Flow: An Enneagram and Yoga Retreat, on Saturday, May 9.
