Overview
Join us for our Third Thursday Gathering to explore how working with the Enneagram can help us cultivate compassion and resilience as we navigate the journey of aging.
- Linda Frazee, a Certified Narrative Enneagram Teacher and professional life coach trained in transpersonal psychology and imagery, has used the Enneagram as a primary tool in her work with others for more than 30 years. Linda will share how working with the Enneagram can support you with managing physical and emotional challenges that may arise during the aging process.
- During our hour together, participants will begin to explore how the three centers of intelligence play a significant role in how we respond to the inevitable aging process. Through the lens of the Enneagram, we’ll also uncover hidden strengths that can support us as we age:
- · What does your Enneagram type reveal about lifelong patterns you may hold about managing change?
- · What unconscious beliefs do you hold about aging?
- · How can you cultivate adaptability and resilience during challenging times?
