Karen Hawkes is a certified Enneagram teacher and typing professional whose work integrates psychological, spiritual, and somatic approaches to self-understanding and personal growth. She is particularly interested in the Enneagram as a tool for recognizing the automatic patterns that shape how we think, feel, relate, and respond—and in the greater freedom that becomes possible when we learn to observe those patterns with conscious and compassionate curiosity.

She co-created The Centers Approach to the Enneagram and mentors groups of professionals and practitioners to support skillful use of the 3 Centered Enneagram.

Kevin Hiebert is the founder and president of Resonate Coaching.  As a leadership and team development trainer and change consultant Kevin has the passion and skills to transform individuals, teams and organizations. He is passionate about integrating the inner and outer dimensions both at the individual and collective levels in the service of a new leadership paradigm.

I started Simply Told because I’ve spent my whole life noticing what others walk past — the sign that confuses instead of welcomes, the meeting where half the room never speaks, the person who needs someone to say “your story is true, and we start from there.”

I close the empathy gap. 

I do it through design, through facilitation, through helping people understand themselves well enough to understand each other. I’ve spent 25 years making other organizations’ stories clear. This is the work I was always doing underneath all of it.

Lynn Holden

After studying spiritual formation, training as a spiritual director and becoming licensed as a professional counselor, Lynn has embraced the wisdom and practice of the Enneagram for the multi-dimensional, evolutionary journey of transformation we are all invited into. (Most recently she has become particularly interested in neuroscience and the essential somatic element!) Through Cultivating Awareness, she encourages contemplative curiosity, generous self-compassion, and a process-orientation. Lynn primarily works with individuals 1:1 (virtually and in-person) and contributes to retreats and workshops when invited to do so.
