Kimberly McMartin
Therapist. Coach. Enneagram Enthusiast.
Living a life of meaning and purpose requires a connection with our essential self. For many of us, our essential self has been buried under layers of conditioning–the expectations, adaptations, and survival strategies we learned early in life in order to belong, to stay safe, and to be loved.
The Enneagram offers a compassionate and precise way of understanding these patterns–not so we can get rid of them, but so we can relate to them with more awareness and choice. We learn to give ourselves space to show up more authentically, more freely, and more fully in the present moment.
