Chrystal Hamilton-Dorelien, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Narrative Enneagram Practitioner with over 20 years of experience spanning nonprofit systems, training, program and organizational development, and clinical practice.

Chrystal earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology from New Mexico State University and completed her graduate studies at the University of Houston Graduate College of Social Work. She is the co-founder of The Pineheart Center, where her private practice focuses on trauma- and attachment-informed therapy, including work with adverse childhood experiences and complex trauma.

Chrystal’s clinical work includes private practice as well as providing care to adults with complex mental health needs and facilitating group therapy in hospital-based and acute settings. She utilizes the Enneagram as a narrative and developmental framework to support insight, responsibility, and relational awareness. Through The Pineheart Center, Chrystal provides Enneagram-informed work with individuals, couples, parents, and professionals, and facilitates workshops and trainings for groups and organizations.

Within The Narrative Enneagram, Chrystal was certified as a Narrative Enneagram Practitioner in January 2025. She has since served as a peer group leader for the Typing Practicum and is an active member of the Affinity Kindred community. As a board member, Chrystal brings a clinically grounded, systems-oriented perspective, with particular strengths in training, organizational development, and thoughtful integration of the Enneagram across clinical, nonprofit, and community settings.
