After studying spiritual formation, training as a spiritual director and becoming licensed as a professional counselor, Lynn has embraced the wisdom and practice of the Enneagram for the multi-dimensional, evolutionary journey of transformation we are all invited into. (Most recently she has become particularly interested in neuroscience and the essential somatic element!) Through Cultivating Awareness, she encourages contemplative curiosity, generous self-compassion, and a process-orientation. Lynn primarily works with individuals 1:1 (virtually and in-person) and contributes to retreats and workshops when invited to do so.
After 20 years in education as teacher, principal, and headmaster, I pursued my lifetime passion of becoming a therapist. Over the last 30 plus therapy years I specialized in relationships and personal development. I have also consulted to a wide variety of corporations, family owned businesses and non-profits to help people manage themselves more effectively and to become better support for those who report to them. A healthy, skilled leader can take the team to a higher performance level and bring joyfulness and dedication into the workplace where we spend so much of our time. The Enneagram has been foundational to all of my work for the last 20 plus years. Coaching for the…
Jack Killen, MD, is now retired from a 33-year career overseeing multidisciplinary biomedical research programs at the National Institutes of Health. His personal life journey in 12-step work, psychotherapy, meditation, and somatic work led him to the Enneagram in 1996. He was certified as a Narrative Tradition teacher at Vallombrosa in 2004, when his interests in the intersections of science, contemplative spiritual practices, and the Enneagram also took root in the endlessly fascinating collaboration he and his colleagues call the Patterns of Developmental Pathways group.
I have been helping people professionally for over 40 years, including extensive experience in pastoral ministry, teaching, professional coaching, leadership consulting and Enneagram training.
I formed a nonprofit, Transmuto, Inc., as my umbrella organization to provide Enneagram training and spiritual guidance. I provide Enneagram Typing Interviews, presentations, workshops and retreat. I offer ongoing Enneagram coaching/consulting for individuals, couples, families, leaders, businesses and organizations. I also host a podcast, Nine Lives with Jeff King, which explores all-things-Enneagram.
In addition to Enneagram training and coaching, I also provide pastoral services and spiritual guidance for seekers of all traditions, backgrounds and orientations. I like to refer to myself as a "pastor without walls."

Her profound belief that we all have the innate capacity to heal ourselves through a re-awakening of loving connection to self and others, has inspired her to incorporate the Enneagram especially in her work as a Relational Life Therapist.
