We are not meant to grow alone.

As a Certified Enneagram Practitioner and Certified Enneagram Teacher, I've come to believe that growth isn't something we think our way into — it's something we live our way into, together. Every single day holds a new experience. The question the Enneagram keeps inviting us to ask is: Am I opening to this, or am I shutting down?

When we shut down — when we dig into a fixed position and stop being curious — we lose access to the fullest version of ourselves. My work is about helping people come back to that openness. Not through a formula, but through the slow, honest work of self-discovery in relationship.

Transformation begins in moments of insight. But it deepens through rhythm, relationship, and reflection — rooted in who you are, where you are, and who you're becoming alongside others.

I'm here for that journey with you.

I also want to name: It matters deeply to me that this work reaches everyone — and I hold particular tenderness for walking alongside people with historically marginalized identities. The Enneagram sees every person with dignity. So do I.
