There’s a particular beauty to opening a new chapter. One that feels empowering, exciting, and expansive. That’s the lens I bring to my work with the Enneagram: the belief that self-discovery isn’t about fixing ourselves, but about meeting ourselves with honesty, humour, and heart.

I’m Natalia. Proudly Canadian, based in Ottawa, Ontario where I live with my golden doodle sidekick Daisy. As a Certified Narrative Enneagram Teacher and Typing Practitioner (and a Type 6: The Loyal Skeptic), I know firsthand the tug-of-war between doubt and trust, caution and courage. It’s why I’m drawn to the Narrative Tradition: real stories, real voices, and real growth. My style is warm, practical, and heart-centred – with a dash of wit and sparkle, because self-discovery should feel alive, not clinical.

I work locally in Ottawa and across Canada, and I also offer international virtual sessions, because the Enneagram has no borders. Whether you’re curious about discovering your type, deepening your practice, or bringing the Enneagram into your leadership and team resilience work, I create spaces that are safe, engaging, and energizing for transformation.

And here’s where I get personal: this approach has been deeply transformative for me as I step into the transition of peri- and post-menopause. The Enneagram has helped me navigate change with more clarity, courage, and compassion than I ever imagined. It’s why I believe this work matters so much in life’s many chapters. Because resilience and authenticity aren’t abstract concepts, they’re daily practices.

When I’m not teaching or facilitating, you’ll find me spending time with Daisy and my family, digging in my garden in the summer, and finding ways to appreciate the beauty (and occasional stubbornness) of a Canadian winter.
