Lori Mueller is a certified leadership coach and trainer and Narrative Enneagram instructor. With more than 35 years of experience in social work and team development, she brings enthusiasm and a visionary perspective to her client work. 

Lori’s expertise ranges from non-profit leadership to experiential team development and individual leadership coaching. Ropes courses and rock climbing were her team building classrooms where she taught organizations, women and young people about how to maximize their personal and teams’ potential.

Using tools like the DiSC personality system and Narrative Enneagram work, Lori helps people find their joy. She works with businesses and individuals on issues such as fostering self-awareness to discover hidden strengths, overcoming fears to find professional growth and bringing intentional leadership to build powerhouse teams. In addition to facilitating Enneagram workshops and consulting with businesses, she runs an annual multi-day river-rafting retreat to inspire women and support them in their personal growth. 

Lori has served multiple years as an advisor to the Colorado Roaring Fork Leadership organization since 2014 and is a member of the Two Rivers Community Foundation board. She was invited to participate in El Pomar’s Emerging Leadership program and the Aspen Institute requested her participation as a community leader in the Hurst Community Initiative. Her work in the community has been recognized with awards such as the Humanitarian Services Award given by Garfield County, Colorado

Lori is a mother of three and has lived in Colorado Roaring Fork Valley since 1986, where she enjoys traveling, skiing, hiking and camping with her husband of 39 years.
