Isabelle Peyrichoux

Isabelle Peyrichoux is a former tech-industry professional turned transformational leadership and purposeful career coach. Since 2013, she has helped hundreds of leaders & professionals discover and actualize their purposeful work and leadership. Certified and trained in the Enneagram, Myers-Briggs, and Shadow Work, she has been using her knowledge of the two personality systems in her work for the past 12 years.

Isabelle is particularly talented at helping her clients discover and transform the unconscious automatic patterns and blindspots holding them back in their career, leadership, and life, so that they can unlock their full potential and innate brilliance. Her acute and practical knowledge of the Enneagram and the transformational shadow work process she uses bring tangible and lasting results, often in a relatively short period of time. Through her own journey and those of her clients, she believes the transformational work does not have to be long and drudgery. She is also gifted at helping her clients uncover and actualize their true purpose in their careers and leadership, and step into their "next" career.

After 23 years in the US, Canada, and the UK, Isabelle is now based in France and works with clients worldwide in English and French. Like her, many of her clients have a multicultural background and are first or second-generation immigrants and expats.

Compelling international speaker and facilitator, Isabelle presented at the 2023 International Enneagram Association Global Conference and at the 2024 European Enneagram Conference in Amsterdam. She also spoke at the Association for Psychological Type International Conference and The Australian Association for Psychological Type Conference. She has spoken on 80+ virtual and in-person stages for up to 400 attendees.
