Cyndi Gueswel

Cyndi uses the Enneagram to serve changemakers: those who foster positive shifts in the world, particularly through collective leadership efforts. Focused on leadership development, vitality, and meaningful contribution, Cyndi brings deep knowledge of teaching, learning, adult development, and systems change to her work.

Cyndi is founder of Only to Grow, offering leadership coaching, transition coaching, Enneagram education, 360s for individuals and teams, and design and facilitation of purposeful gatherings.

Prior to launching Only to Grow, Cyndi served as a senior executive at EL Education, a leading non-profit serving schools and districts across the U.S. with progressive transformation. There, she was responsible for national professional development offerings, curation of program materials, and internal staff development for the organization’s 60+ coaches. She has crafted and facilitated countless multi-day institutes, workshops, and longer-term cohorts for leaders, many incorporating the Enneagram as a cornerstone.
