Christy Kennedy is the founder of Culture Conscious, a company dedicated to unlocking the potential of individuals and teams through Enneagram-based frameworks and Three-Centered Leadership™. Since 2017, she has led the organization to work with Fortune 500 companies globally, driving transformative growth in team dynamics, decision-making, and corporate culture.

Before founding Culture Conscious, Christy spent over 13 years at SEEK, where she led research and innovation teams, developed client relationships, and supported some of the worlds largest brands. Her work included pioneering qualitative research methods, facilitating insight-driven voice of the consumer research studies.

Inspired by her passion to engage in meaningful work, Christy founded Culture Conscious to help organizations develop empathy, collaboration, and sustainable success. Today, her work focuses on transforming workplace cultures by combining her expertise in research, innovation, and leadership development.
