Carrie Kirkpatrick is an iEQ9 Integrative Enneagram and Narrative Enneagram Accredited Practitioner, as well as an International Enneagram Association (IEA) Accredited Professional—a distinction she holds as one of only three practitioners in the Wyoming, Idaho, and Utah region. As the Co-Founder of Freedom Finders, LLC, Carrie blends her deep roots in human development with a pragmatic, soulful approach to personal and professional transformation.
Carrie’s path began on the East Coast, where she navigated the diverse worlds of a successful entrepreneurial upbringing and a liberal Quaker education. This unique duality nurtured her ability to move with ease in any environment, fostering a natural connection with people from all walks of life. After earning her BA in Applied Psychology and Human Development from Boston College, she moved to Jackson, Wyoming, in 1996 to join her family’s investment firm. It was there that she sharpened her understanding of complex team dynamics and refined her exceptional skills in inquiry.
At the heart of Carrie’s work is a commitment to "safe space" architecture—creating environments where clients feel secure enough to be honest and open enough to grow. Her practice is distinguished by a rare combination of curiosity, candor, and a relentless focus on presence. Whether working with individuals or teams, Carrie helps clients peel back the layers of their personality to find the freedom that lies beneath.
A lifelong learner, Carrie finds her greatest joy in nature, meaningful connection, and the art of dance. To Carrie, movement is a vital practice; when the music plays, she moves to stay humble, present, and fully alive.
