Cancellation and Transfer Policy
By registering for any program produced by The Narrative Enneagram, you are agreeing to the following Cancellation and Transfer Policy as well as our Attendance Policy and Privacy Policy. Events not produced by The Narrative Enneagram are governed by the policy of the producer, so please check with them directly for their policies.
Registrant Cancellations, Transfers, and Refunds
The Narrative Enneagram acknowledges that unforeseen circumstances may occur that would prevent a registered participant from attending a training or program.
Note: Partial payments are permitted for payment plans but are still subject to regular cancellation and transfer fees.
Please email the Registrar for additional questions about transfers, cancellations, and refunds for any program.
Everyday Exploration, Professional Development, and Other Workshops
Cancellation
14 days or more: Your refund will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
Transfers
We do not offer transfers for workshops.
Foundational Courses
Cancellation
30 days or more: Your refund will be subject to a $125 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued within 30 days of the program start date.
Transfers
14 days or more: You may transfer to another Foundational Course on the schedule for a $75 transfer fee. Limited to two transfers per program. Your transfer is not final until you complete the registration process for the course to which you have transferred.
Professional Certification Program
Cancellation
30 days or more: Your refund will be subject to a $450 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued within 30 days of the program start date.
Transfers
14 days or more: You may transfer to the next Professional Certification cohort for a $300 transfer fee. Limited to two transfers per program. Your transfer is not final until you complete the registration process for the course to which you have transferred.
For those who begin the Professional Certification Program and need additional time to complete certification requirements, you may transfer to the next cohort for a $300 transfer fee. You may transfer up to two times. If you do not complete all certification requirements within this timeframe, you will need to retake the entire program.
In-Person Retreats
Cancellation
30 days or more: Your refund will be subject to a $250 cancellation fee plus the cost of any non-refundable site fees. No refunds will be issued within 30 days of the program start date.
Transfers
We do not offer transfers for retreats.
Sponsor Cancellation
- The Narrative Enneagram reserves the right to substitute faculty or change our program schedule as necessary.
- The Narrative Enneagram reserves the right to cancel any training course due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances, such as weather or natural disaster, that would make the event non-viable. Notice will be provided with the option to reschedule for a future course date or to receive a full refund of registration fees.
- The Narrative Enneagram is not responsible to reimburse the registrant for any additional incurred costs. This may include, but is not limited to, airfare and transportation costs, additional accommodations, and any other costs incurred by the registrant due to training cancellation (whether cancellation is initiated by The Narrative Enneagram or the registrant). Registrants are encouraged to purchase travel insurance as a precaution.
