Kessuda Boonngamanong is mindfulness, yoga, and Enneagram instructor. She is also a professional life coach and youth, parenting, and family coach (YPFC). Kessuda has spent the past 25 years working in mindfulness and yoga, and 18 years working with the Enneagram. This combination of certification and experience has given her a rare level of expertise. Originally based in Thailand, Kessuda now lives in the US. She is a compassionate teacher/coach who “walks the walk” with humility.
Kessuda has created Yosuda: Awakening Space, a unique program that combines the Enneagram, mindfulness, and yoga in a group and one-on-one sessions in ways that are tailored to meet her clients’ specific needs. She finds these practices complement each other –- Enneagram study provides a mental awareness of possible behavior patterns in self and others (head), while mindfulness and yoga promote compassionate awareness of thoughts (the mind) feelings (the heart), and actions (body wisdom). Kessuda skillfully uses a variety of proven teaching and coaching methods to help her clients integrate and develop these three types of wisdom with the ultimate goal of liberation.
Kessuda is experienced working with people of all ages and walks of life. As a school president, she integrated Enneagram into the upper elementary school curriculum to help students discover and learn about themselves. She was instrumental in the creation of The International Mindfulness Recovery Center in Thailand where she introduced the Enneagram as a primary tool that recovering members could use to find the cause of their stress from anxiety, depression, distress, shame, and anger.
During the certification process, an Enneagram mentor described Kessuda’s work as “delicate”. Client surveys describe her work as profound, practical, authentic, expert, present, grounded, and compassionate.
